Shipping Policy
At Mandy's Soap Studio, we take care of shipping your orders with utmost care and attention. We use recycled & recyclable packaging to help protect our environment and still ensuring that they reach you in perfect condition.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and whether your parcel is going to a residential or rural address. To ensure there are no delays with your delivery please make sure to select the correct shipping charge for your address.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is sent within 24 hours of us receiving it.
For internet payments, orders are also be sent within 24 hours provided your order and payment has been received during a week day.
We send parcels out 6 days a week, sometimes your order will come in after the parcels have been collected, in which case they will be sent the following day as long as it isn't a Sunday of course.
We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and keeping you informed at every step of the way.
Once your order is packed and ready to be sent a tracking number will be sent to you so you are able to keep track on your order.
We are also happy to ship internationally, please contact us for shipping costs to your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, we will exchange it, or if the particular product has sold out we will offer an alternative replacement or refund you the purchase price (shipping costs are not refunded).
