We want to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any irritation from using our soaps, we recommend that you stop using it immediately. We are not doctors and understand that everyone's skin reacts differently. So, if you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always happy to help.
Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods.
- You can pay with your credit or debit card via our secure Stripe gateway. All payments are securely processed and your confidential data is protected. These payments are processed by Stripe through their secure gateway and not processed by us in any way.

We also accept online internet banking for those who do not wish to use Mastercard, Visa or other Debit/Credit cards. Payments must be received before your order will be shipped to you.
- For those who are local to Whangarei, we also offer a range of payment options. For those customers who are receiving local hand deliveries, they have the option to pay securely online with credit card, pay in cash or use Paywave when their order is hand delivered.
